Not wanting to wish our time away but I don’t expect there is anyone who isn’t looking forward to brighter times ahead?

2020 was indeed an “annus horribilis” for so many of us. However, we are made of strong stuff and I have to say I am amazed at the resolve and re-invention many of us have applied to our personal lives as well as our business lives.

From time to time we all need a little extra help. This often comes from family and friends, or organisations with expertise in our particular need. This is fantastic. However, sometimes, for whatever reason, this support may not be accessible or may not always be “on tap” when we need it most. It could be during those times when we catch our inner voice “catastrophising”. This is where a small setback spirals out of control and we can (with practice), virtually take the blame for everything that goes wrong in the whole world – if we don’t STOP it before it takes hold!

So, why does Hypnosis work? We may not realise it but our subconscious has a greater effect on our everyday lives than most of us realise. However, we are often deaf to its voice as it is drowned out by the demands of our daily lives. Often, we do things that are not great for our mind or body. Our subconscious understands this and tries to tell us but it is not heard.

Under Hypnosis this internal “voice” becomes clearly audible and through hypnotic states suggestion will in turn facilitate us to achieve the goals that underpin our true desires.

It is true to say that hypnotic changes are subtle. You will realise small but crucial changes. When you wake up in the morning you will feel good, as opposed to feeling “ok” You may catch yourself humming or singing. You may find yourself smiling more, becoming happier and more content with yourself, stronger and healthier perhaps. or you may find other positive changes manifest without you even really realising it.
