If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on email@example.com within 3 working days of order receipt describing the faults or damage and which items are affected. We will then issue you with a returns number and an address to send the goods back to us and arrange a replacement or a refund.
Outsidethebox Makeup is not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit. We advise customers to use recorded delivery or a similar tracked service and obtain the necessary insurance which will cover the value of the items should they be lost in transit.
Faulty items – We will refund the postage cost of returning the faulty item and any replacement will be sent with no further postage and packaging charge. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Non-faulty items – You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
Cancellation of Order
If you wish to cancel before we have shipped your order, you must do so by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge.
